challenge yourself | change lives | inspire others
The Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal is a beautiful country of mountains and highlands in the Himalayan region between India and China [Tibet]. It has eight of the ten highest mountains in the world, the most famous being Everest. Nepal, with a population of 28.51 million [World Bank, 2015] has a diverse ancient cultural heritage and topography.
As one of the world’s poorest countries, Nepal’s economy relies heavily on aid and tourism. Many Nepalis lack access to basic sanitation and medical care. INF is working in partnership with communities to empower people and bring lasting transformation and life in all its fullness.
Ways to Visit Nepal
Every year we organize a variety of trips to Nepal so that people can see and experience first-hand the work of INF and partner organisations to alleviate poverty, help those affected by disability, and bring relief and hope to lives impacted by natural disasters in Nepal.
Experience the sights, sounds and hospitality of Nepal as you visit INF projects that serve the poor and marginalised in Nepal.
Youth Ambassador Challenge
It is a six-month adventure meant for 18-25 year-olds who visit Nepal and then compete to raise funds for the important work that will bring hope and relief to lives in Nepal.
