Asal Chhimekee Mission Centre
Empowering Communities, Strengthening Futures
For many families in Pokhara and beyond, access to essential services and leadership development remains a challenge. The Pokhara Community Service Centre, a shared initiative of Asal Chhimekee Nepal (ACN) and Pokhara Christian Community (PCC), will provide a dedicated space for training, disaster relief coordination, and community engagement.
With support from INF Australia, this centre will create opportunities for education, leadership training and community developement ensuring individuals and families can thrive.
A Vision for Mission and Community Impact
The Community Service Centre in Pokhara is more than just a building—it is a hub for transformation. This centre will become the permanent home for Asal Chhimekee Nepal (ACN) and Pokhara Christian Community (PCC), two organisations that have faithfully served Nepal through disaster relief, development, and church-led social initiatives.
Located in Fulbari, Pokhara, the centre will provide:
- Training for emerging community leaders and missionaries
- Support for disaster relief and community development programs
- A dedicated space for strengthening churches and local initiatives
- With thousands of young Nepalis traveling overseas for work or study, this centre will also equip and send missionaries beyond Nepal’s borders, reaching communities that traditional missionaries cannot.

Project Milestones
- Land purchased and debt-free – ACN/PCC secured land in Fulbari through local fundraising
- Plans finalised – The building design optimises the site for long-term impact
- $1.5M fundraising target – 60% has already been raised or pledged
- INF Australia’s goal: $200,000 – With your support, we can help complete this vital project
Why This Centre Matters
Many families in Pokhara struggle with the challenges of economic hardship, migration, and social barriers. Local churches, like Sarankot Church, have long provided spiritual support, but practical assistance, leadership development, and training opportunities are essential for long-term transformation.
Through this new centre, church leaders will receive training, families will have access to support services, and the wider community will have a safe, welcoming space to gather, learn, and grow.
Gordon Russell, who has served for over a decade with INF Nepal, explains:
“This facility is a very strategic project. It will serve these key organisations and facilitate global mission for many decades to come.”
